When using subcontractors, we are still responsible for the quality of all of the work performed by any and all of the project hires. Our number one priority is safety on the job site. We are also responsible for applying for the requi... red and/or necessary building permits, advising the person they are hired by, securing the property, providing temporary utilities on site, managing personnel on site, providing site surveying and engineering, disposing or recycling of construction waste, monitoring schedules and cash flows, and maintaining accurate records. As mentioned above, we often employ subcontractors to perform duties related to specific scopes of any construction job.
