Flyball Tournament Builder is a software program designed to speed up the process of setting up a flyball tournament. It can be used to set up one ring or two ring tournaments. Flyball Tournament Builder uses a database to store dogs, captains, clubs, tournaments, and all of their related information. This allows you to reuse information year after... year to save time. All of the stored information can be updated as necessary so it never becomes outdated. Captain, Club, and Dog information can also be imported from other Flyball Tournament Builder databases so teams in the same area can share databases and eliminate even more data entry time. Flyball Tournament Builder automatically creates a racing schedule following the format you choose and if desired can mix divisions in the schedule and/or run multibreed at the beginning or end of the schedule; all while keeping track of elimination race numbers. Flyball Tournament Builder automatically creates timesheets for your tournament and adds all of the necessary information to the timesheets. The timesheets contain formulas to automatically calculate points, best, worst, and average times, number of wins/losses/ties, and tournament points received. The timesheets can be opened in Microsoft Excel to fill in races as they are completed during the tournament. The reporting feature allows you to create a seeding list report, racing schedule report, divisions layout and format report, and a time posting report.
