Because it is important for us to know a customer first, and then assist in the selection of a flute, we take the time for a personal conversation about other interests, goals, dreams, and more. We pay attention to posture, use of air in verbalization, body language. And then the fun begins! For me, the creative part is finding just the right match of flute and headjoint, the client, and their own unique voice as found in the flute of their dreams. FPS boasts a very talented team of support personnel. From the product manager who is the shipping expert, to our talented and brilliant business manager, and on to our SEO manager extraordinaire, we have assembled a team that works together in a spirit of excellence, dedication to the well being of all who come into FPS, and not at all the least, humor. Rounding out the team is our intern (who constantly amazes us with her problem solving skills) and our repair manager/travel agent! I am Joan Sparks, President of Flute Pro Shop.
