Flourish Financial was born out of the skills and experience I have gained over the last 30 years of my professional life. From my first job as a grocery store cashier at age 16 to today, I have developed a unique skill set that has paved my path as an entrepreneur. As a high school student, I first discovered my penchant for numbers with Accountin... g and Business. From that time, I have grown my knowledge base through education and a variety of career choices. After graduating from the University of South Florida with my Bachelors Degree in Accounting and my MBA, the first half of my career was spend in the Corporate Finance Departments of multiple companies and industries. The second half was by far the most enlightening. As a small business owner for the last 15 years, I developed a love for entrepreneurship that still grows each day. After growing a rental business from scratch, my husband and I sold a few years ago in order to start two new small businesses. I enjoy referring back to my past experiences and growing my own diverse skillset to benefit my accounting and consulting clients. I have a passion for helping my clients to build businesses that thrive, grow and reach heights they never imagined. Through it all however, the world of Accounting remains my passion. I truly enjoy seeing success and growth through numbers. My diverse professional background is what I feel my clients benefit from the most. Many accountants havent had the experience of wearing an entrepreneurs hat. I understand and can relate to the daily challenges my clients face and continually work to find solutions to help their businesses grow. Ive been in your shoes and know how hard you work!
