Florida Villas

Initally, our company was formed from a family who travelled to Florida in the late 80's and fell in love with the state there-and-then. In 1990, Florida Villas Ltd. was formed in London, where we prided ourselves in offering a unique level of customer service, by having staff that have visited Florida and have a detailed, in depth knowledge of the... area, attractions, and accomodation that a brochure can't supply. Over the following years, we have built up a loyal following of returning customers, and we grew in terms of the range of villas, and the additional services we can offer. In 1998 we decided, that to improve our customer service further, a permanant office in Florida needed to be set up, (Under the name 'Flamingo Properties, but later 'Florida Vacation Rentals'), so we had a representative in Florida to help rectify problems quickly, and to keep us informed of changes in the area, with attractions, roads, villas, or laws. At this time, we also branched out to offer a property maintenance service ('Flamingo Properties'), so Florida Villas, had greater control over the quality of villas we offered.
