Best night sleep after a float! Not only was floating a great way to take the pressure off my joints while pregnant and get some relaxation time - it helped me to sleep better at night. After a couple of floats my leg cramps, which I was getting everyday and woke me up at night vanished completely. I would recommend floating for anyone that either needs to unplug or has a sore body. Great time at FloatFix, we got a lot of training sessions in whilst in Dunedin over summer, and the FloatFix was perfect to recover quicker and also helped before and after travel.
