At FlipFlop® Dogs we have worked diligently to provide far more than a platform for dog lovers and dog sitters to connect. Our customers are like you and me - busy! We make it our first priority to provide carefully selected, personally inspected (homes) and even background screened Companions for our customers and their dogs. Our Companion Familie... s are often active retired, widowed, and retired military veterans who would prefer the privacy, safety and support FlipFlop Dogs offers so that they can focus on what they like to do best, care for dogs! Although, customers don't visit Companion Families homes, our Companion profiles give exact details as to where their dog will be staying and we provide communication by phone, video, pictures and text to our customers (as little or as much as requested). FlipFlop Dogs Companion Families do not depend on watching dogs for income, they are strictly looking for Companionship (and some doggy kisses) without the full-time commitment of owning a dog. Our client's dog(s) get one to one care, around the clock. Our Companions do not work outside the home and they never have more than one customer's dog(s) at a time. Together these criteria produce a completely different care experience than other services. Because FlipFlop Dogs' services are backed by a company focused on providing superior care, there are specific processes that are agreed upon contractually, and will be followed for routine care or even authorized emergency care. Both FlipFlop Dogs customers' and Companions have the support of the local franchise and our centralized call center 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Customers leaving for vacation have the peace of mind knowing that, if for any reason, their Companion became ill, had a personal emergency, or could not care for the dog, FlipFlop Dogs would ensure that the customer's dog is cared for by another Companion Family until the customer returns.Read More
