Flex-FX utilizes NUR Blueboard digital prnters for large format printing. We utilize HP/Colorspan machines for small format printing that has the capability to print up to 600 dpi. We guarantee a five-day ship date from final approval. We are also able to accomodate rush ordering and special requests. Flex-FX has an internal production tracking sys... tem called FlexTrak. This system follows our customer orders throughout the production cycle. The benefit to our customers is a seamless approach to ensure that the proof approval process, art modifications, printing and shipping are handled promptly so that orders are delivered on schedule. In addition, notices are faxed to our customers to confirm the order and advise when the order will ship. These proactive steps help minimize the amount of time our customers spend on production issues so they can focus their attention on selling inventory.
