From the beginning Flavor Inn has committed itself to training its own flavourists and other technical staff. For a boutique sized flavour house it has an admirable number and range of technical specialists. At Flavor Inn, training is a continuous activity employing renowned expatriate consultants who have been in the business for over 40 years. Inviting outside specialists to impart their knowledge and experience to its staff and keeping them on retainers means the technical staff have access to experienced specialist input when necessary and at Flavor Inn we try to adopt the best practices of the largest and most successful flavour houses. Most importantly, Flavor Inn is not dependent on any one individual to sustain its capacity for research, creation, development, quality control and service. Since its inception in 1996 there has never been any interruption to our capacity and performance due to staff transitions. This capacity keeps growing. Flavor Inn has had successful customer audits of its facilities, manpower and systems by global food and ingredient manufacturers before becoming their approved suppliers.
