FlatLand believes it is critical to educate and engage the public on the successes and failures of previous planning activities, laying the foundation for productive and meaningful input to drive the planning process forward. FlatLand has spent over 20 years engaging in public discourse for Muncie focused projects. FlatLand Resources is a valuable contributor to local planning and implementation through the teams competencies in local geographic and socioeconomic data analysis, constituent issue/concern evaluation, normative site design standards, and a deep knowledge of local planning history.
