Brian launched his own brand Capo-Group, leading a team and bringing on new partners and agents eventually evolved into FL Retail Advisors. Brian began his career with a leading national investment sales firm. He quickly earned the title of First Vice President and consistently ranked in the top .006%-1% company-wide for the publicly traded firm. During his tenure he earned Southeastern Achievement Awards, National Achievement Awards, numerous consecutive Sales Recognition Awards, Central Floridas NAIOP #2 Retail Investment Broker Award, as well as multiple Power Broker Awards. Brian acquired a development property, three years later he exited the asset with 12x cash on cash multiple. Sam Garcia, originally from north Florida has worked in the operations side of commercial real estate since 2014. Sam received his bachelors degree in Business Administration with a minor in Marketing from the University of Central Florida, and previously worked at a full service commercial real estate firm prior to joining our team. Sam brings his valuable knowledge and expertise to our team as our Director of Operations, and overseas the teams day-to-day activities, marketing efforts, client communication and deal transaction coordination.
