FJR Manufacturing

FJR Manufacturing is a Wisconsin-based provider of custom automation systems and precision machining services serving manufacturers across the Midwest and beyond. Founded in 1982 as a specialist in vibratory bowl feeders, the company has evolved into a comprehensive automation solutions provider that integrates vibratory feeders, material handling... equipment, and advanced manufacturing technologies into cohesive systems for industrial clients. FJR operates a fully equipped machine shop capable of prototyping and short-run production, complemented by an extensive range of fabrication and welding capabilities including TIG welding, MIG welding, oxy-acetylene torch cutting, and plasma cutting up to 3/8" sheet metal, enabling the company to deliver custom parts on demand and resolve urgent supplier issues. Beyond traditional machining, FJR delivers turnkey automation solutions encompassing palletizers, conveyors, six-axis robotic systems, and HMI control systems, positioning the company as a single-source alternative to competitors in Wisconsin and Illinois who rely on subcontractors for specialized components. The company leverages state-of-the-art engineering capabilities, including advanced CAD software for three-dimensional modeling of complex equipment and CAM software that communicates directly from design to CNC machines, streamlining efficiency and reducing production cycles. FJR's core strengths lie in its ability to integrate vibratory feeders into broader automation ecosystems, combined with deep expertise in robot implementation, HMI programming, and modern manufacturing technologies. This integrated approach provides customers with significant advantages over standalone equipment suppliers and traditional material handling vendors, as FJR can design, engineer, and manufacture complete systems in-house rather than coordinating multiple subcontractors. Whether addressing sudden production challenges, developing custom solutions, or implementing large-scale automation upgrades, FJR Manufacturing serves ...Read More
