About Five Borough Films
Five Borough Films is a Brooklyn-based production company founded in 2008 by Brian Sargent. We specialize in the coverage of contemporary arts and culture through documentary film and video, as well as editorial and event photography. Our clients are a broad range of affiliates from both the non-profit and corporate worlds of film, music, dance, fashion, art, and architecture. As an award-winning fine arts photographer and DP, Brian's work has been featured in BBC and CBC documentary features, including The Bank that Bust the World. His archival film research credits include The Boys in the Boat for American Experience, The Roosevelts, Jackie Robinson, and Vietnam for Florentine Films as well as numerous Vice and Frontline productions.
