We want you to do your part, and be delighted with your outcome. We have a growing team of specialist coaches, some having been with us for many years. Trevor Ambrose our head instructor moved to Bergen in 2001 and started Fitness First in 2002. With almost 41 years in kickboxing and martial arts he is a natural talent. Trevor is a five times World Champion in kickboxing / Thaiboxing / K1 and fought at World class in Professional Boxing. Trevor has over 500 fights in the ring. He has competed at World class level in all of the full contact standing styles which takes place in the ring which he calls home. He is one of the most talented and successful kickboxers ever to come out of the UK. Hes been a full time coach now for over 35 years and trains all levels from beginners through to the elite fighters. He has trained many of World kickboxing Champions in England and Norway and is now the current trainer of Tim Lihaug who is Norways top Professional male Boxer and ex junior world champion. Trevor who made it into the hall of fame as a kick boxer is now starting to be recognize for his coaching skills world wide. Fitness first is a completely non-threatening non-intimidating environment. We have boxing sessions 5 days a week for all abilities. Our fully trained friendly instructors will help you learn at your own pace.
