At Fitness 360, our training department is designed to achieve one goal: to provide each client with a highly individualized and expertly designed strength and conditioning program-one that doesn't just promise results, but GUARANTEES them. As a result, in order to achieve the maximum results specific to each of our members, our fitness assessment... process goes beyond what you would find at other gyms. Each one of our trainers is educated to administer the Functional Movement Screen (FMS) as a part of our initial member consult. The FMS is a patented assessment tool, only found locally at Fitness 360, that allows our trainers to observe member-specific patterns of movement, and determine whether a client has individual bio mechanical limitations that may inhibit performance. This provides our trainers with invaluable information that helps them design a resistance training program, including corrective exercises to target these limitations and allow for greater gains in client performance.
