Fit4You offers fun, friendly exercise classes where people can come and hopefully feel comfortable exercising in a relaxed and welcoming environment. Fit4You offers exercise designed to work with, not against your body. At the classes you will be encouraged to work at your own level, listen to your own body and respect the way in which your body na... turally wants and needs to move. It is now formally acknowledged that exercise need not be gruelling to be effective. In fact a slower and steadier pace is by far the best way to lose weight and get fitter for general health purposes. Fit4You gives you the freedom to choose for yourself how hard you workout. In most cases, it is not that people do not workout hard enough, but that they do not workout often enough or in the right way! Starting slowly and building up gradually is now widely accepted to be the best way to achieve long term health and fitness goals. At Fit4You this philosophy is put into practise. This doesn't mean, however, that things have got to be boring! For most people the difficulty lies in finding an activity which they enjoy doing and are willing to stick at! I am a great believer in the need to enjoy the exercise you do and I try to make sure that each class delivers on enjoyment week after week. Fun routines, music to make you smile and a light-hearted approach all aim to make it an enjoyable exercising experience. It still delivers the results and in fact we achieve much much more!
