Horan & Devlin specialized in real estate and other commercial transactions, and Fisher, together with an associate, litigated bankruptcy cases, real estate issues, partner and shareholder disputes, as well as represented clients in a wide range of business transactions. n 1996, Horan and Devlin dissolved and Fisher, his associate and two other attorneys from the Horan and Devlin firm moved downtown to form Fisher & McGuire. he firm had expertise in commercial litigation, commercial transactions, corporate finance, real estate, banking and bankruptcy.
