Highly Engaged Employees

We leverage our market knowledge and deal making expertise to help Tenants find the right deal and achieve their goals. First Western Properties has extensive relationships in the marketplace that allow us to maximize leasing and advisory efforts with our property owners. First Western Properties Management, tailors each management program to its p... roperty and the greater community it serves. I have worked with and known the team at First Western Properties for over fifteen years. I consider them not only Best in Class, but best in Washington and I would recommend them to any client, big or small. In my dealings with FWP, I always felt as if I was their most important client. They will meet their clients needs and will be thoughtful to put clients only in sites where they will achieve long term success. The First Western Team has done a tremendous job for us the last few years. Having three centers in close proximity to each other they show us every deal that comes to the market and have great relationships with a lot of the retailers which makes closing a deal a lot easier. First Western Properties market knowledge and tenant relationships guided our redevelopment and marketing decisions to make Highland Hill the dominant center in the North Tacoma trade area. This eventually lead to a successful sale of the shopping center. The investment market understanding of this group resulted in a timely sale to a West Coast regional REIT. The First Western Properties team has been a tremendous asset to me as I build my business. Their market knowledge, client focus and track record of success is something I know I can count on for every deal I do with them. Weve had the opportunity to work with First Western Properties on several occasions. Most recently on the purchase, pre-lease and disposition of a development in the Totem Lake market. Their market knowledge and ability to drive and negotiate record rents on the project allowed this to be a very successful project and help achieve our goals. Jim Gallaugher | ...Read More
