they did an outstanding job walking me through the process of buying my first home. they took the time to explain everything in detail and got my house closed ahead of schedule! highly recommend them. Great team to work with; they were extremely courteous and prompt, and made my experience very seamless! I highly recommend! Their knowledge, creativ... ity and great customer service is unmatched! What a pleasure it was to work with them. Besides being the most competitive broker in terms rates and loan programs to offer, First Rate Financial is a team of professionals who are passionate about educating clients and making the dream of home ownership come true. Did I also mention they make this process the most fun!?! Choosing First Rate Financial to work with in my new home purchase was the best decision I could have made. From my initial contact with Justin, then working closely with Barclay and Lindsay, every step of the way was handled professionally and timely. I was extremely happy with the frequency of communication and I never felt like I was being left in the dark. They literally handled everything as no realtors were involved on either side. Very smooth process. I really liked the updates showing the mountain climb as I neared the summit! I highly recommend working with First Rate! First Rate Financial has been fantastic to work with. They have always been timely, extremely knowledgeable, and on the ball at every step of the way. I would highly recommend them for anyone I knew looking to get a home loan. in 40+ years of buying and selling real estate in Anchorage and the Valley, this is the FIRST time its been SMOOTH and FUN!
