We originate financing for our own in-house proprietary projects and for independent, second parties. As an Investor, we are active in the Republic of the Philippines. We are socially conscious ownership. We develop a project, originate financing, and oversee it. We are not active in day-to-day operations. We are not absentee owners, but delegate d... ay-to-day operations to local, hands-on staff in the community for whose benefit the project is developed. Simultaneously, we may originate project financing for second parties. We are direct to Investors. We review a project and prepare it for a final decision. We are their "front desk". We are enabled to accept a project and issue a Letter of Intent. Our Investor issues and funds the final commitment. We have had decades of experience in loan origination. Our Investors accept our originations virtually 100%. We have identical origination procedures for domestic U.S.A. and offshore projects, even though projects may be initiated out of different offices.
