Since our inception it has always been our goal to practice only the highest standards of medicine, delivered by competent, efficient physicians in a compassionate, caring manner. Our offices are conveniently located in St. Augustine and in Palm Coast. Our phy... sicians work at Flagler Hospital in St. Augustine and at Florida Hospital-Flagler in Palm Coast. Several areas of medicine are covered by our practice including pulmonary medicine, critical care medicine, sleep disorders medicine and primary care medicine. We have physicians that are board certified in pulmonary medicine and critical care medicine who are experts in treating all facets of lung disease and managing intensive care treatment if that situation arises. The First Coast Sleep Disorders Center has certified sleep disorders physicians that have expertise in the gamut of sleep related problems. State-of-the-art sleep labs are located at both our St. Augustine and Palm Coast facilities. There is also a primary care division of our practice. Primary care physicians are either certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine. They manage general medical care, practice preventative and geriatric medicine and make referrals to subspecialists as needed. It is generally accepted that everyone should have a primary care physician at all stages of adult life. We are extremely proud of our excellent ancillary staff, which includes nurses, medical assistants, receptionists, sleep technicians and insurance specialists to name a few.
