Fired Up, Inc. is a volunteer run Non-Profit Organization operating in Mobile & Baldwin County, AL. Our purpose is to raise funds to support other charities and individuals in need in our area through something we love, BBQ. We have worked hard to perfect ways to smoke meats that cannot be found in local BBQ restaurants. It is a combination of competition style methods and backyard BBQ that we have adapted to large scale smokers. Our BBQ has benefited American Cancer Society- Relay for Life, Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, St. Jude, Out of the Darkness Suicide Prevention, Baldwin County Humane Society (BARC) and several other smaller charities in the Mobile & Baldwin County area. However, our passion is helping those individuals in need due to expenses brought on by health issues. Our goal is not only to help the support groups of those individuals raise money but also raise awareness that not everything during a health crisis is covered by insurance. We specialize in the cooking of pork spareribs, pork butts, and beef briskets. "Pre-order/Pre-pay" benefits are our normal fundraisers, but we will cook other events for large groups if a donation is made to Fired Up, Inc. Donations go toward the expenses absorbed by Fired Up to cook a benefit. All smokers are privately owned.
