Paul also represented Cambridgeshire Fire and Rescue Service on the regional fire safety and operational committees of the Chief Fire Officers Association , as well as being seconded to that organisation to work on specific projects. Prior to retirement, Paul produced Cambridgeshire and Peterborough Fire and Rescue Authority IRMP (Integrated Risk Management Plan), a legal requirement for all Fire and Rescue Authorities each year.
