Fire Pro Tech, Inc. is a growing company in operation since 1996. Some of the projects we are currently working on include the Sansone Route 1 Auto Mall in Avenel, NJ. This is a multi-phase project that includes a new four story parking structure with a network of 4" galvanized pipe which supplies a new standpipe system with (2) standpipes, a new J... eep/Dodge building with a 6" Wet system feeding (316) sprinklers and additions to both the existing Toyota and Scion buildings. We are currently renovating the American Hotel in Freehold and beginning the Red Bank Catholic New Student Center in Red Bank, NJ along with numerous other projects. We recently completed the New Jersey State Police Barracks in Holmdel which includes (1) 4" Dry system, (1) 4" Wet System, and (350) sprinklers. We were the only Open Shop contractor on this union project. The (5) story Hilton Gardens in Lakewood was completed in August 2008 and included a 500 GPM electric fire pump, (2) 4" standpipes, and over (650) sprinklers. In 2006 we simultaneously completed the renovation of (2) Holiday Inn hotels in East Windsor and West Long Branch. The East Windsor project included a new 6" fire service, a 1000 GPM fire pump, (2) 4" standpipes, and (700) sprinklers. The project was phased so that the building was in operation and occupied during construction. The West Long Branch project consisted of replacing the 750 GPM fire pump and installing a new Wet system with (400) sprinklers. In 1999 we completed a job in Aruba, DWI, which entailed the coordination of shipping our tools and materials out of Miami, FL. We retrofitted an existing time share condominium complex that consisted of (40) apartments, a restaurant, and a nightclub, all of which were open and operational during construction.
