We understand that a home purchase is more than just a loan application process. For most clients it will be the single biggest financial commitment of their lives and... we respect the trust clients place with our business. Our finance consultants take the time with each client to understand their requirements and long term objectives for obtaining finance. We show each client strategies to use their loan products effectively and save years from their mortgage. Finstra commenced trading as Australian Professional Finance in 2003. It was established by David Cowen and Luca Giovannetti who had both just completed their university degrees and wanted to build a business with a strong client relationship culture. The continued growth of our business stems from the relationships with our clients, lenders and strategic business partners. We have always been a referral based business and will never lose sight of the importance of our clientele. In November 2012 the business was taken over by David Cowen and we continue to operate from our office in Ringwood North. In August 2013, the business name was shortened to Finstra and the business was rebranded to align with our core purpose of Liberating people financially. Each member of the Finstra team play a key role in the mortgage application and bring over 30 years of knowledge and experience to every client's financial journey.
