The company was founded in 1996 by its current owner and General Manager Eng. Hassan Hilal. The company started out under the name "Best... Residence" before it underwent a rebranding in 2003. Fine Touch provides projects in retail malls, stores, banks, corporate offices and residential compounds. Our primary goal is to supply high standard projects in a timely manner.
