Matt earned a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Rose-Hulman Institue of Technology and a Master's degree in Business Adminstration from Wright State University with focus areas of accounting, operations management and marketing. Matt started his first company in 1996 while serving in the United States Air Force and has continuously made his sole living through the ownership and operation of small businesses since his transition from the military in 1997. While we have relationships with several industry partners and skilled individuals that all help deliver outstanding, comprehesive services - Matt is still intimately involved with each client engagement. Our typical client engagement starts with a simple conversation. We try to determine what the client needs and if we believe we can offer meaningful help toward their goals. If we believe we can help, we typically begin our 4 phase process. Phase 1 - We execute a Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement with the client. This ensures that all proprietary information (both the client's and ours) is protected from disclosure. We then work with the client to formally define and refine their goals. We also develop a thorough understanding of the client's expectation of our services. There is no cost for Phase 1.
