Sakura Filters meet Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) requirements. Sakura Filters should be installed to manufacturer's specifications, used and changed in accordance with vehicles engine or equipment's manufacturer's recommendations. In accordance to this, our warranty period is equivalent to the OEM product where OEM replacement or service intervals should be referred to. New vehicles or equipment's warranties remain in effect when Sakura Filters are installed in accordance to the engine manufacturer's advice. At FSA's manufacturing plant, all filters are manufactured to the highest Japanese JIS standards to ensure they are equal or exceed the standard of the original filters. At the same time our manufacturer has certification in the quality assurance standard; SGS ISO/TS 16949. In the event of an engine or equipment failure directly caused by a defective Sakura Filter, Filter Sales Australia will restore the engine or equipment to the condition before the incident. It is essential that Filter Sales Australia or a distributor is notified immediately of a claim against any Sakura Product. The filter in question, engine or equipment needs to be available for inspection for repairs to be authorised.
