Our team of consultants operate globally but predominately throughout the UK, Bermuda, USA, and hold appropriate experience, accreditations and qualifications for a wide range of technologies and skills including IT Governance, change management, infrastructure, security, networking and systems development. We're often asked where the Fifth Step name comes from, the answer is simple...Continual Service Improvement (CSI) is a very important part of the Fifth Step approach, it is also the fifth step of the ITIL framework, CSI is so embedded into what we do it seemed fitting to name the company after it, and so Fifth Step was born. The Bermuda office came into being in July 2013, to help serve a growing need to implement best practises within IT in the global organisations that are based on the island, particularly given the increase in regulation that businesses within the region are having to prove their adherence to. Our New York office opened in May 2015 serving our existing clients in the area, as well as in recognition of the growing need in the region for a strategically and governance focused security capability for the financial services market.
