About Fieldplay

Were Francie and Col. G. Robert Stevens. Francie grew up surrounded by her fathers English Setters, and we have been breeding our own English Setters for nearly 30 years. In that time, weve had quite a memorable list of champions and wonderful companions. The first Fieldplay litter was bred by Francie's father in 1942. Bob and Francie got their first English Setter, Cabin Hills Hullabaloo, in 1957. Then, they had Sir's son, Judge. Judge was dearly loved by all: family and friends. After Judge died, Francie didnt want to get another dog . . . losing Judge nearly broke her heart. But after a year, Francie realized the family needed a dog in their lives. Their next dog was Prairie's Stormy Sky. Then, after several years of searching for a foundation bitch, they found Windems Lotsa Dots bred by their dear friend Jack Gohde, Jr. and Kay Monaghan.
