Fidelis is a family business initally started by Mr. Robert in 1982 in South Africa. For the past 15 years located in Beverly Hills, CA we have developed trade and contractor relationships, as well as refining processes and methodologies which ensure cost efficiencies and consistent quality construction. Since its inception the Fidelis Group has de... veloped beautiful custom residences, including architecture, interior design, cost planning, permit acquisition, building documentation and construction. The successful realization of a home is often challenging - building costs are high, regulatory issues are plenty and there is much complexity in the structural and technical aspects of a house. However, our job as builders is to navigate all of these issues in a local, efficient and intelligent way such that our buyers are pleased with the results. We offer a wide range of Pre-Designed Houses or a custom architectural design service. The pre-designed houses are the result of a rigorous collaboration with our Architects and Fidelis Management. While consistently modern the range is diverse with unlimited flexibility in the way the designs can be developed. The result is therefore always unique and considered, tailored to suit our buyers tastes and requirements. All projects begin with a concept design stage where a site plan, floor plans and a 3D model are completed prior to building commencing. The final design specifications and interiors are then determined in completing our contract documentation.
