About FHL
Whether you are planning a house extension, attic conversion or simply a front porch, FHL will design the project with you and produce all the necessary drawings to achieve Full Planning Permission. We will then produce a full set of drawings, details and structural calculations to submit to the Council for Building Regulations Approval. The Building Regulations drawings will enable the Contractor to build the project in compliance with the latest building regulations. It should be noted that some projects will be Permitted Development and will only need the drawings for Building Regulations Approval. If your house is a Listed Building and/or in a Conservation Area we will also deal with the additional details required by the Council. We will also complete all Council Documents required for submission and calculate all the necessary Council fees.
