Felner Corporation was founded in 1978 by David J. Felner. Since that time, the company has grown to manage and maintain over 50 commercial and res idential properties ranging in size from 5,000 square feet to over 300,000 square feet. Today, we pride ourselves on having more than 3,000,000 square feet of property in our portfolio. Currently, Patricia B. Felner-Bragano, President, and Lisa Glover, Vice President, lead the team of 18 dedicated employees to continue the growth and success of Felner Corporation. Although significant in size, Felner Corporation is a hands-on facilities management firm. Our client base is sophisticated, serving a prominent list of institutions, developers and owners. We consider open communication to be one of our most important responsibilities, and we pursue this throughout our relationship. There is significant involvement with all of our property owners and each owner or tenant is afforded immediate contact with any member of our management team. As a result, we can adjust our priorities to meet the changing objectives of the building owner and each client is provided with a specifically tailored level of service to meet their needs. We combine our commitment to quality service with cost containment procedures to achieve the unequivocal satisfaction of the owners and tenants. In an ever-changing environment, such as real estate, we have maintained a leadership role through the best and worst of times. We look to our future to be as successful as the past and welcome each endeavor and challenge that will confront us.
