The Plans require rigorous exercise and certain users should consider getting a doctors checkup before starting up on an exercise routine including but not limited to those new to regular exercise, those who have diagnosed illnesses which preclude them from exercising, and those whose lifestyle or family history is known to predetermine them to sudden cardiac episodes or other exercise related medical problems. Fastloop shall not be liable for any injury, illness or death which results from the application, whether correct or otherwise, of advice or information contained in these pages and you agree that your use of a Plan is at your own risk. As a user of the Service, you understand and agree that the Service may also include advertisements that are necessary for Fastloop to provide the Service, and the Service may include certain communications from Fastloop, such as service announcements and administrative messages, and you will not be able to opt out of receiving such communications.
