We do fulfillment and production within our facility in NY. We decorate in house so we are able to establish quality control procedures that catch problems or potential prob... lems before they develop; and we offer contract printing as well. Should there be an issue , there is a window of 15 days in which to file a claim - RMA's are not allowed unless allowed by factory. Many of our products can be turned around within 2-3 days and our standard is 5 days production. We are always reachable and strive to create a positive experience which enables us to keep our clients order after order. We offer custom importing as well, with over 30 years of importing experience among our management team. We started over 10 years ago and we have have worked hard to be a highly rated supplier on ASI . We are a preferred supplier to the AI Mastermind group of distributors and suppliers. Samples are shipped out most of the time without charge if UPS / FEDEX # is provided . Certain items are charged at EQP for samples. Our normal production time is 5 days , 48 hour items are available within that time frame production permitting.
