About Farr Orchard

Farr Orchard is an owner-occupied HOA, and currently there are no additional units allowed for rental. This is strictly enforced through the adopted Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions (CC&Rs, see Documents page). Beginning January 1st, 2020, the monthly HOA fee for all units is $175. Late fees are added for late payments. Recreational or commercial vehicles are not allowed to be parked or stored outside of garages on any portion of the HOA common area. Driveways and streets (except for Brinker and Monroe) are part of the HOA. All residents have been informed of this deductible, by newsletter or through this HOA website. Homeowners will be required to cover this deductible amount before the HOA master policy will kick in for allowable covered items. Our community is nestled against the Wasatch Front on the western side of the Rocky Mountains in Ogden, Utah. Eleven national parks are less than a day's drive from Ogden. Three major ski resorts are within 25 minutes, an additional six within one hour, three cross-country ski areas and the nation's only recreational ski jumping complex are less than an hour's drive from downtown Ogden. Over 210 miles of U.S. Forest Service maintained mountain biking, hiking and equestrian trails are nearby in addition to over 20 federally maintained campgrounds. Within the area, there are over 13,000 acres of fresh water for both motorized and non-motorized water sports. Ogden is also adjacent to over 170,000 acres of National Forest. Ogden, Utah was named, in 1851, after Peter Skein Ogden, a trapper for the Hudson Bay Company. The surrounding mountains are known for their majestic and wondrous beauty.
