In May the Battle o... f the Books begins! This year Fairwood competed in the district competition along with 27 other schools and achieved 1st place! Congratulations to Fairwood's Battle of the Books school champions - B.O.O.K. (Best of Our Knowledge) Readers -and now DISTRICT CHAMPIONS! You represented Fairwood well with your positive attitudes, hard work, and sportsmanship! Meeting Oct 24th 7pm The date for the Fairwood Elementary PTSA Auction has been set for Saturday, March 21, 2020! It's that time of year again! Time to get those creative (or Pinterest) juices flowing and be part of the class auction project fun! The auction is a favorite event at Fairwood that raises money for all the amazing programs the PTSA supports. While there are so many fun and exciting items to bid on, the most exciting are the class auction projects! Each class gets a budget, so no need to ask parents for money. It's easy, it's fun and the kids look forward to it every year. Grab a friend and do a project for a class together.
