Fairlane Fire Prevention Ltd. has remained a family owned and operated firm since being established in Vancouver in 1963. Our customer base includes over 5,000 lower mainland firms who depend on us for regular sales and service of many types of fire prevention equipment. Our clients range from large organizations to small family owned grocery stores, Laundromats to property management firms to individual apartment owners. We service car dealerships, sawmills, daycares and a wide variety of both large and small companies. Our convenient showroom, located at 4877 Hastings Street in Burnaby, offers a wide range of products and our fire extinguisher service center is located on-site, so many customers can wait while we service their fire extinguishers. Many of our clients have been with us for 30 or 40 years and their continued support is greatly appreciated. Our firm has never required clients to sign a service contract with us, preferring that our quality products and true concern for customer service keeps our clients returning to us. In response to the changing industry over the past few years, we have added products and services to our firm such as: 24 Hour Emergency Response Service, Fire Safety Plans, Fire Hydrant Services and Backflow Preventer Services. Our firm stocks Canadian Made, industrial quality fire extinguishers backed by a 6 year replacement warranty against manufacturing defects which we honour at our Burnaby location. We have always had a great response from our clients regarding the quality of our products. Our A.S.T.T. Registered Fire Protection Technicians attend various training courses and seminars throughout the year to keep up with the changes in products, rules and regulations.
