In December 1990, the chef, manager, and owner of Fadis Mediterranean Grill, Fadi Dimassi, moved with his family from Saida, Lebanon, to the United States. Fadi learned about how to run a restaurant by training at his familys restaurant, and when he came over to the United States, he brought over not only his restaurant expertise but also his famil... ys recipes for delicious Mediterranean food. Three years after the big move to the US, Fadi and his family opened their first restaurant in the Houston area, Dimassis Mediterranean Buffet, and opened Fadis Mediterranean Grill in 1996. Fadis Mediterranean Grill was such an incredible success from the start that eight months after its opening, his family left Dimassis and focused solely on expanding Fadis Mediterranean Grill (Dimassis still exists but is no longer associated with the Dimassi family). Fadis now has seven locations in the Houston and Dallas areas. In Houston, we have the Dunvale, Dairy Ashford, Sugar Land, Beechnut, and Fadis Banquet Hall locations, and in Dallas there are Fadis in Knox and Frisco. Fadi and his family have been providing quality Mediterranean food to residents of Houston for more than twenty years. We also provide catering services so that you can enjoy our delicious food at your important event.
