F2's customers are primarily organizations that provide funding and services to traditionally underserved persons, including low-income individuals, women, children, and minorities. Since its inception, F2 has targeted the Federal marketplace as an area where it can bridge the divide between offices and programs that provide health and human services to vulnerable populations and the recipients of their services.
