Our specialist agronomists are putting special care to the vineyards 365 days in the year and they are raised in fully ecological area. Harvest is done manually and it starts when ideal preconditions are met. The wines are made in special vinificators, which are designed by the needs of the winery and the consumers. For every grapes there are different process of vinification processes that are programed. All important chemical parameters are constantly monitored and documented. The storage of the wines is done in inox made material. Special care is putted in production in small series of high quality red and white wines. The barrique department is present since 2000 year, where the most potential wines are aged. The sparkling wines will be part of the asortment of Ezimit Vino. The aim of the company's business policy is the creation of strategic and partnership relations with consumers, which will result in a reciprocal feeling of commitment and loyalty to the Ezimit Vino winery and its products.
