In 2003, Exquira was established as a business consulting firm to assist European companies looking to expand into the Australian market. In 2005 Co-founders, Muriel Altink and Karin Rook, identified a niche in the Australian market to import stylish and innovative baby and children's products and expanded Exquira to incorporate its own import and distribution channels. Since then, Altink and Rook have applied their combined management experience gained in fields such as international sales, marketing and innovation, to establish Exquira as a leader in the Australian child and baby product import market.
