Express Hot Yoga

Established in 2005. At Express Hot Yoga Studio & Spa we offer a variety of yoga classes to include the traditional 26 hot postures and 2 breathing exercises in a 50-minute and a 90-minute format. We also offer Yin and HotFlow or Vinyasa. We have 1 full-time massage therapist and 2 part-time massage therapists offering a variety of massage modaliti... es to include Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports Massage, Fascia Blasting, Cupping, Aromatherapy, and RainDrop Therapy. Express Hot Yoga Studio & Spa originated in 2005. We opened our newest studio in May of 2016. It is conveniently located at 525 Sawdust Rd., Suite 112, The Woodlands, TX, 77380, with FREE ample parking. This 5,000 square foot studio offers 2 yoga rooms, one for hot classes and one for non-heated classes, workshops, childcare, teacher training, etc. We have the finest triple air filtration, a heating unit that monitors air quality (CO2) bringing in outside air as needed to keep the room air at it's optimal condition. The commercial humidifier provides a consistent 40%-45% room humidity for optimal breathing conditions. We have UV lighting in the ductwork to kill bacteria instantly as the air flows, LED lighting, and 1/2 inch Tatami Mat Flooring, made of recycled material, anti-bacterial built in, and custom-made for the hot room.
