ExploreMA WebCenters maintains information about User and Site on ExploreMA WebCenters servers, including but not limited to Users account registration information and clickstream data ("User Information"). User agrees that ExploreMA WebCenters may use User information for marketing or other promotional purposes and may share this information with... its affiliates and partners.
