Expect Success Today was founded to combine the elements of sound principles, discussion, personal ownership, commitment, coaching and accountability into one process to create an effective course of action for success. This success is uniquely defined by each member and addresses improved health, wealth, happiness or control of ones time. Most tra... ining, understandably, does not result in success. Much like world leaders in philanthropy, entertainment, sports, government, literature and elsewhere, it takes behavioral change, or habit as Napoleon Hill would say, to be successful. And of course it takes time, repetitions and fine course adjustments on the journey. Reading a book does not result in success. Attending a workshop, seminar or webinar does not result in success. Success is not magic but hard work over time on a guided course. Weve spent several years applying the components we believe best facilitate success. In 2011 and 2012 we conducted pilot programs using and refining a Master Mind format to determine the path. The advent of technology has made it easy to assemble groups over a wide range of cultural, academic and experiential backgrounds. From among the many doctrines we found the work of Napoleon Hill among the most admired Small facilitated groups, discussing the well-regarded principles of Napoleon Hill, meeting weekly by electronic means, discussing an idea at a time, why it matters and how it might be personally implemented, with a mentor/coach in the group cause this fertile opportunity to implement the success habit. We expect to launch hundreds (if not thousands) of small groups of 10 to 20, led by top notch facilitators reviewing Dr. Hills principles and Master Mind members applying them on a long-term behavioral basis to live better, more meaningful lives.
