Executive Services Group (ESG) was born out of the need to provide personalized transportation and concierge services for busy executives. Started in 1999, ESG began with one Lincoln Continental and quickly added SUVs to complement its fleet of vehicles. Realizing that the work horse of the limousine industry was the Lincoln Town Car, the company q... uickly added them to the company's fleet. Originally designed to be an exclusive service for select companies and executives in the Greater Cincinnati region, ESG grew by word of mouth. In order to meet growing demands, the company quickly expanded the company's services to a broader market. Expanding into the wedding and funeral business, the company added vans and stretch limos to the company's growing fleet. By August 2001, ESG had become a premier limousine company in the Cincinnati market. In 2007 the company began to see the economy slow. The Limo was suddenly "out of style" as corporations failed to meet financial objectives and employees began to lose their jobs. ESG experienced the "Great Recession", and like so many, the company adjusted the company's business model. In 2011, Uber transformed the marketplace with the Uber app. ESG embraced Uber and its innovative spirit. Understanding the driving force of technology, the company also developed the company's own customer app for IOS and Androiddevices. Today, the company continue to operate with the same level of service and dedication to meet the company's clients' needs.
