Excellus Solutions, LLC is a Joint Venture comprised of long-term partners, 22nd Century Technologies, Inc. (TSCTI) and Optimal Solutions & Technologies, Inc. (OST). We are dedicated to providing our customers with quality IT services through process-driven best practices, including CMMI Level 5, ISO 9001:2008 and ANSI 748 Earned Value Management (... EVM) processes and procedures. The relationship between TSCTI and OST spans over a decade and across multiple projects.
