About Evoo
Established in 1990. The Evoo mission hasn't changed since we opened in 2004--to create menus and dishes that inspire guests to cook them again at home. We know the best way to do that is to focus on taste! And the best way to do that is to use the best ingredients we can find. Naturally, local flavors are the place to start. The idea of opening Evoo was very appealing. Both Bob and Lenore had spent many years teaching or training in the food industry. Both admit that teaching the craft of cooking is one of the most satisfying experiences of their career. When the former little beach cottage became available on the main commercial street in Cannon Beach, their motion to the ocean gained momentum.Explore more
