My name is Louise and I am a qualified therapeutic counsellor. I offer an empathic environment to walk your journey with you, so you can feel heard, listened to and understood. In an accepting environment, we can explore how life is for you, understand your feelings on a deeper level and look at any issues which may be affecting you. I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and I work within their framework to ensure a safe and ethical practice for you. I have been a counsellor at MMK Mind, working with common and complex mental health concerns, such as anxiety and depression. I have experience of counselling teenagers in a secondary school.
