Because we dont need a full team of people struggling to collect rent or dealing with high-maintenance properties we are able to keep our costs low and pass those savings along to our investors. With a background in finance and spending years at two large corporate banks, he knows what is takes to manage the people and the processes required to be successful in real estate.
